Nice place and decent prices, but a little slow at checkout due to staffing not individual cashier

Love shopping at Bomgaars. Their firearms selection and pricing are great and the gentleman that runs the counter is amazing. Very knowledgeable on firearms amd safety. Make sure you get your discount if your a vet!

I currently have some health issues so I don't have a lot of strength or stamina. I went to Bomgaars after someone told me they had great prices on horse feed. I found the feed but needed someone to help me load the bags on the cart and out to the car. They great fully did both and treated me like I was the most important person in the store. Definitely my new go to place for feed for all my animals. Thank you.

My first time at one today. It reminded me of the Tractor Supply Store. I do appreciate the clearance sections. Other than that, it's kinda pricy. Maybe having some sales items based on themes? To get people in? I couldn't find the waders and they had a lineup of water hoses but limited on accessories--like no hose reel or washers. They got a lot of connections for drip irrigation but nothing else on hose maintenance and repair. So they have some things but not extensive for homes and farming? Maybe they just sell the popular items? And not everything you can think of on a farm?

5 % military discount on Tuesdays! Cute little baby chicks and the gentleman got one out for my boys to hold...which they loved! Also found an interesting sticker which seems oddly worded. Came for prices on seed for our pasture and we determined Tractor Supply has a similar product at the same weight for $10 less. Also, the baby chicks range in price around $3.50 to $3.89 each which seems higher than in the past. Didn't buy the chicks or the seed.
